ASSIGNED READING FOR WEEK 2 = COMPOUND EFFECT CH. 3 AND 4.  We will discuss what we learn from this section of the book throughout the week.

Okay, as we start the second week, I think it’s time for me to give you all the super duper secret of my success! It’s simple; I follow the 3 Vital Behaviors EVERY DAY http://tbbcoa.ch/3VitBeh . .  No, seriously!  That’s what I do.  And I do it EVERY DAY!

That wasn’t sexy, exciting, and breathtaking, was it?  Sorry.  But it’s the truth!  That’s what all of us TOP COACHES do, and that’s why all of us have been extraordinarily successful.

Let’s start with #1 =

1: INVITE. INVITE. INVITE.  We don’t SELL.  We INVITE!  Watch this short video about inviting.

All it takes is talking to people with the intent of helping them. People are much more likely to respond favorably to an invitation if we first build a relationship with them.  Watch this video about how to F.O.R.M a relationship (direct link = http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EGy-mLDu8Rw ).

Need ideas for HOW to Invite?  Use the 5-Step Invitation Guide http://tbbcoa.ch/InviteGuide and follow the 5 steps to invite to a Challenge Group. The Invitation Guide gives you a proven step-by-step process to invite and fill your Challenge Group spots (or RIPPED 2015 challenge if you prefer to plug them in there).

It’s a numbers game.  The more people you invite, the more success you will have.  I talked about INVITING from my perspective in my “PAID IN FULL” tab of www.TRCoaches.com , so be sure you have watched that video and read my notes (http://trcoaches.com/get-your-products-paid-for/ password “rookie”).

Lots of videos and links today.  I know!  You didn’t think we were just gonna hang out chatting did you?  LOL!  We’ve got work to do!

So you’ve got a big ASSIGNMENT this week.  INVITE!!!!

How does “INVITING” make you feel?

Does it push you outside your comfort zone?

What ways can you hold yourself accountable to INVITE?

Elite coach tip (from Brian Nopper)

“Inviting was pretty difficult for me, at first. I’ve always been a relatively quiet person, until I have confidence in a subject. In the first several months as a coach, while I was going through my transformation I was not confident enough to feel comfortable inviting others. As I became a better product of the product and started investing in personal development my confidence level increased dramatically. I started attending Dani Johnson training seminars and listening to her audios to learn different techniques for building relationships with people, which helped tremendously. I stepped way outside of my comfort zone, put ego and fears aside and just started reaching out to people. It got easier with every “no” that I heard. After my initial contact with people I find that it is much easier to get them to commit by getting them on the phone.

I hold myself accountable to inviting by setting goals, and tracking my progress. My goal was to hit SC 10 every month… #whateverittakes!  I know that it typically takes about 25 invites for me to sell about 5 challenge packs, give or take.  It used to take many more invites than that, but the more I invited, the better my closing rations.  The BAT is a very useful tool for tracking your goals that wasn’t available when I started so I typically just used a little notebook that I carried around with me everywhere. Find what works for you, but give the BAT an honest try and I think you’ll find it very useful.”
